Central Dakota Children's Choir
2018 Spring Concert Alumni Registration

Come Sing with Us!

We are excitedly preparing for our 20th Anniversary celebration at our Spring concerts and we would love for you to come sing with us!!!

As part of the celebration, we have commissioned a beautiful piece entitled "Lakota Peace Song" which will be debuted at our concerts on May 18 & 19 at 7:30 pm at the Belle Mehus Auditorium in Bismarck. The composer, Paul Carey, will be here to conduct the combined choirs at the close of the concerts both nights. We would like to invite you to join the choirs for these debut performances. This opportunity is open to all CDCC Alumni.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be having our alumni perform together as an Alumni Choir during these concerts. (The Alumni Choir traditionally performs every 3 years.) However, we do want to invite all of you to join us as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary and we would love to have you perform our newest commissioned piece with us for the finale.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the quick registration below. Once you register we will email you the music in mid-April.

There will be several opportunities to rehearse with the choirs before the concert.
  • Sunday, May 13 everyone is invited to attend Cantus rehearsal from 7-7:30 pm in the choir room at Legacy High School.
  • You are also invited to a rehearsal with the guest conductor on Wednesday, May 16 at 7:00-8:00pm at Legacy High School.
  • The last rehearsal with all the CDCC choirs will be on Friday, May 18 from 4:15-5:15pm at the Belle Mehus Auditorium.

We are planning on having a small gathering for our CDCC Alumni following the concert on Friday evening. The goal is to give all of you a chance to reconnect and spend some time with our CDCC choir directors and our guest conductor, Paul Carey. We are still working out the details and will keep you posted.
